What is Meaningful Mail with Monica?

Meaningful Mail with Monica (MMM) is a charming seasonal mail subscription that taps into the whimsy and wonder of each season in gentle and thoughtful ways. It's an invitation to slow down and savor and is intended to bring delight and play in a time that feels heavy.
Each piece of mail includes a letter of seasonal reflections or short stories involving Lady and the adventures in her Garden as well as additional surprises.

Who's it for?

MMM is for anyone who can appreciate pausing to engage in something nice for themselves. It's for people who value words and creative expression from a human, not AI, and people who find delight and comfort in nature. It's also for anyone who enjoys the excitement and anticipation of receiving a letter through the mail.

What to Expect

Subscription

When you sign-up for a MMM subscription, you will receive:
-A personally addressed letter

-Short stories or seasonal reflections
-Seasonal stationery

-Thoughtful keepsakes
-Encouragement for the season
-Opportunities for mindfulness

You can purchase the subscription for someone other than yourself. Please be sure to list them as the recipient of the subscription when signing-up.

Mailing

The letters are sent out quarterly to correspond with the start of each season.
Fall 2026 letters go out the week of 9/14 and Winter 2026 go out the week of 12/14. Subscribers are notified in January of the year's mailing schedule.

MMM is mailed via USPS. Unfortunately, letters are not a trackable item, making their arrival out of our control once sent. In the U.S., letters typically arrive within

7-10 days. International letters can take at least 3-4 weeks.

When a letter is on its way, the email address associated with the subscription will receive an "on it's way!" email.

Payment

When you submit a recipient name and email for MMM, you will be directed to an external payment page.
Once on this page, there are two subscription payment options: yearly or quarterly. Shipping is included in the cost.

While payments are non-refundable, you can stop the subscription at any time.

If you are sending the subscription as a gift, be sure the shipping address is different than the billing address. You'll have the option to mark it as a gift.

Limited Spots Available for Fall

MMM is currently in its beta stage for the Fall. This means we're in our final testing phase. We may have to make some tweaks here and there after the Fall launch. As a thank you to being an early supporter of MMM, recipients who subscribe for the Fall beta will receive what we're calling a "Beta Bonus!" The bonus entails additional fun keepsakes for both the Fall and Winter MMM mailings. Your early support is truly appreciated!

The deadline to sign-up for the Fall beta is September 12th or until spots fill-up.
If you sign-up beyond 9/12, your subscription will start in the winter.
To be included in the winter mailing, you must sign-up by November 14th.
