Meaningful Mail with Monica
What is Meaningful Mail with Monica?
Meaningful Mail with Monica (MMM) is a charming seasonal mail subscription that taps into the whimsy and wonder of each season in gentle and thoughtful ways. It's an invitation to slow down and savor and is intended to bring delight and ease in a time that feels heavy.
Each piece of mail includes a letter of seasonal reflections or short stories involving Lady and the adventures in her Garden as well as additional surprises.
Who's it for?
MMM is for anyone who can appreciate pausing to engage in something nice for themselves. It's for people who value words and creative expression from a human, not AI, and people who find delight and comfort in nature. It's also for anyone who enjoys the excitement and anticipation of receiving a letter through the mail.
"I loved the overall experience! I felt special, was glad to take some time for myself, and the contents were beautiful."
Katie, USA
What to Expect
Subscription
When you sign-up for a MMM subscription, you will receive:
-A personally addressed letter
-Short stories or seasonal reflections
-Seasonal stationery
-Thoughtful keepsakes
-Encouragement for the season
-Opportunities for mindfulness
You can purchase the subscription for someone other than yourself. Please be sure to list them as the recipient of the subscription when signing-up.
Mailing
The letters are sent out quarterly to correspond with the start of each season.
Winter 2026 letters go out the week of 12/14. Subscribers are notified in January of the year's mailing schedule.
MMM is mailed via USPS. At this time we are only able to mail within the US and Canada. We hope to expand to other countries and will do so once we can get clear answers around tariffs.
Letters are unfortunately not a trackable item. Their arrival is out of our control once sent. US arrival is typically 7-10 days. Letters to Canada can take at minimum 3-4 weeks.
When a letter is on its way, the email address associated with the subscription will receive an "on it's way!" email.
Payment
When you click the subscribe button on this page, you will be directed to an external payment page.
Once on that page, there are two subscription payment options: yearly at $100 or quarterly at $25. Shipping is included in the cost. Learn more.
While payments are non-refundable, you can stop the subscription at any time.

If you are sending the subscription as a gift, be sure the shipping address is different than the billing address. You'll have the option to mark it as a gift.
Next Sign-Up Deadline
Each letter sent out gets individual attention and all aspects are done by hand. While sign-ups are accepted at anytime, to be included in the Winter mailing going out December 14th, you must sign-up by November 14th. Sign-ups after November 14th will receive their first mailing in Spring 2027.
