Meaningful Mail with Monica
Subscription Payment Schedule
Your subscription sign-up date sets your future payment dates. Subsequent payments will be collected on the same day of the month as the initial payment. For instance, if you sign-up on September 15th for a subscription billed every three months, your next payment will be charged on December 15th. Your payment is collected for the upcoming MMM mailings. Sign-ups which take place after the cutoff for each mailing will be allocated to the next season's mailing.
If you choose the yearly subscription payment option, your subscription will renew on the same month and day the following year.
Address Change

Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time. To do so, email meaningfulmail@findathirdway.com. Please use Subject Line: Subscription Cancellation.
If you cancel your subscription, any owed mailing(s) will be completed in the regular season schedule.
Refunds
MMM has many elements that are handmade in nature. There is curation that goes into each season's letters that are specific to the season. For these reasons, the MMM mailings are non-refundable.
Release of Liability
Meaningful Mail with Monica (MMM) is not responsible for any lost, undelivered, or damaged mail. The recipient of the subscription is notified via email once the mail has been dropped off at a USPS post office. Once the mail is dropped off, Find a Third Way and its affiliates (MMM) are no longer the responsible party to what happens when the mail is in USPS's possession. By signing up for a MMM subscription you are agreeing to and acknowledging this risk.

Any written material in the Meaningful Mail with Monica letters are copyrighted materials and the intellectual property of Find a Third Way. By agreeing to the terms of service you are acknowledging that the content in the letters and any other written materials can not be recreated, replicated, redistributed, or shared. You are also acknowledging with these terms that the content in Meaningful Mail with Monica is prohibited from being shared with AI and similar technologies.
