Service Description
We understand that your time and money are valuable. It can feel scary to risk both those things while also being vulnerable with someone new. It's why we offer the consultation. It's a great introduction as to the type of care you'll receive in a session. The consultation is filled with compassionate listening and support. You're invited to ask questions to gain further clarity as to how a session will meet your needs. After the consultation, you can expect a follow-up email. If we're aligned on our end, you'll learn about next steps in the email. We only send one follow-up unless you ask us to reach out more. We operate this way, because we don't view you as someone we are trying to win over. We believe you are the expert of your lived experiences, and we trust you to use the information you receive in the consultation to make the best decision for you. We trust you'll reach out with follow-up questions if you need more information to make your decision. There is no obligation or pressure to sign-up for a session post consultation. However, should you decide to sign-up for a session, the $25 that you paid for your consultation will be credited toward your first session. The consultation fee is like a downpayment. So instead of paying the $125 session fee for your first session, you will only pay $100. If we don't align well on our end, you'll still receive a follow-up email, and it will include helpful resources that may better fit your needs.
Cancellation Policy
Consultations are a low cost service we provide as a kindness to future clients who desire reassurance and clarity before committing to a session. We put as much effort into a consult as we do an individual session. Even if we aren't a good fit, we still work to provide you with resources in our follow-up email. For these reasons, this service is non-refundable. Should you need to reschedule or cancel the consultation appointment, please communicate at least 48hrs prior to the consultation to do so.
