Service Description
We understand that your time and money are valuable. It can feel scary to risk both those things while also being vulnerable with someone new. Consultations are a great time to ask questions and learn more about the services we offer before committing. It's also a time to gain clarity on what occurs during individual somatic sessions vs. coaching sessions. After the consultation, you can expect one follow-up email. After that, we trust you to use the information you've gained to make the best decision for you. No obligation to sign-up for a service.
