Through movement, mindfulness, and narrative trauma story work, we help you release the impacts of trauma on the nervous system while building resiliency for future triggers and stressors. We believe this will lead to your flourishing and thriving.  We have an understanding of the neurology and biology of what occurs in the body and brain during trauma and triggering events. Trauma robs people of being their true, whole self, and we want to help you return to yourself!
